 General Contest & Promotion Rules

• All winners must be at least 18 years of age or older. Select contests may require and state "Age 21 and older".

• Prizes cannot be substituted for any reason.

• All prizes not claimed within two weeks (14 days) of the date won, will be forfeited. If a prize is not claimed, the winner is still considered a contest winner and must adhere to the rules of eligibility.

• All prizes must be picked up at our business studio. Please claim at:

• Our business hours are Monday- Friday 9 a.m- 5 p.m except holidays

• Employees of Black Diamond Broadcasting, and their families, are not eligible to win.

• Black Diamond Broadcasting assumes the right to change these rules at any time.

• Unless otherwise specified, contests are open to all listeners within our terrestrial radio air-waves and Michigan region.  Unless otherwise specified, our Contests / Promotions are NOT intended for the expansive "reach" of digital-streaming-platforms including websites, mobile APPS, and smart speakers.

• One contest registration, per person. Duplicate entries will be removed and not included in the random drawing process.

• By participating in any of our Contests / Promotions the winner(s) agree to have their name and likeness (photograph or voice) used in any of our broadcast methods or materials, related to such promotion. Example: Social Media and/or On-Air audio.

• One prize per household, per 60 days

• Black Diamond Broadcasting is not responsible for errors, problems or delays in the US Postal Service or other mail services.  Our policy states prizes must be picked up at our business studio.

• Black Diamond Broadcasting is not responsible for replacing tickets in the case of Concert, Show, Event cancellation. This includes community municipality, weather, venue, promoter or performer cancellations.

• All decisions of our Station Management, with regard to the Contest / Promotion, will be final.
